We are looking to hire Asst. Program Managers for our College Excellence Program.

Job Title: Assistant Program Manager - College Excellence Program

Location: Jayanagar, Bangaluru

Work Mode: On-site (College Campus)

Experience: 3 to 5 years in Program Coordination / Training Operations / Education or Skilling Sector

Role Overview:

The role is responsible for supporting the smooth planning and execution of the College Excellence Program. The Assistant Program Manager will coordinate interventions, manage reporting and documentation, engage with stakeholders, and support student outcome delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of program interventions as per project timelines.
  • Maintain program documentation, dashboards, MIS, and progress tracking reports.
  • Support planning and execution of workshops, industry sessions, and faculty engagements.
  • Engage with college management, faculty, students, and partners to ensure alignment.
  • Identify risks or delays and support timely resolution to maintain delivery quality.
  • Provide data-driven insights for reviews and decision-making.
