**Job Overview**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Purchase Executive** to join our team.This role will involve managing the procurement process for all materials, and products required for ongoing projects. The Purchase Executive will collaborate with project managers, and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality purchasing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase materials, equipment (FF&E) required for projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms while maintaining quality.
- Maintain an up-to-date vendor database and build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all purchased goods meet the required specifications and project timelines.
- Track inventory levels and manage the timely delivery of items to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure materials are ordered according to project timelines and design requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules and handle any discrepancies or issues that arise with vendors or deliveries.
- Maintain records of purchases, suppliers, and price comparisons for future reference and cost analysis.
- Keep up to date with market trends and product innovations that may benefit the company's offerings.
- Manage budgets for purchasing to ensure compliance with cost constraints and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with accounting/finance departments to ensure proper invoicing and payment processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
