- Working on Quality and Vendor Management.
- Manage various aspects of Apparel sourcing. (Fabric to Garment)
- Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.
- Good knowledge of process control activities of a composite têxtile mill. (Fibber to Fabric)
- Working of Testing of Fiber to Garment. As per international Standard.
- Monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports.
- Responsible to operate with integrity and teamwork.
- Learning attitude and logical approach.
- Problem Solving. Decision making when required.
- Working on understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.

**Skills**:

- Excellent in Systematic Planning of inspection & Technical activity.
- Deep expertise in Sourcing Fabric & Garment at competitive price.
- Vendor development, management & Factory evaluation to meet the required standard.
- Experience in resolving technical issues, quality issue providing suggestions & training to vendors.
