**Machine Setup and Configuration**:
1. Set up and configure VTL machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and materials according to job specifications.

2. Install, align, and secure workpieces and cutting tools in the machine.

3. Load and configure CNC programs (G-code) or setup files for specific machining operations.

4. Perform pre-production checks and machine warm-ups to ensure proper alignment and functionality.

5. Adjust and fine-tune machine settings (speed, feed rate, depth of cut) based on the material type and part requirements.

**CNC Programming**:
1. Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs for VTL machines using G-code to ensure precision and efficiency in part production.

2. Create and edit programs for turning, boring, facing, drilling, and other operations performed on VTL machines.

3. Test and verify programs by running trial parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

4. Troubleshoot, debug, and modify programs to resolve issues and improve machine performance.

5. Perform simulations and verify the accuracy of new programs before production starts.

**Operations Monitoring and Adjustment**:
1. Operate the VTL machine to produce parts according to the engineering drawings and customer specifications.

2. Monitor machine performance, part quality, and tool wear during production runs.

3. Make real-time adjustments to machine settings, feeds, speeds, or tool changes to maintain the desired part quality and accuracy.

4. Inspect parts during the production cycle using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to ensure compliance with tolerances.

**Tooling and Maintenance**:
1. Maintain, inspect, and replace tooling as required to ensure the proper functioning of the VTL machine.

2. Monitor tool wear and replace tools or make necessary adjustments to maintain machining accuracy.

3. Perform regular maintenance on VTL machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and checking for any mechanical issues.

4. Report any machine malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team for further inspection and repair.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
