**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the export and supply of **OTC APIs and pharmaceutical impurities**.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in Japan and Latin America.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead contract negotiations to ensure long-term profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business goals and streamline operations.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, monitor competitors, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare high-quality client presentations and product pitches tailored to customer needs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Pharma, Chemistry, Business, or International Trade** (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in **export coordination, business development, or international sales** in the pharma sector.
- Familiarity with **Japanese or Latin American markets** will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical APIs, excipients, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/export documentation tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
