**Qualifications**_: _Master's in Medical Lab Technology

**Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- Delivering course curriculum in classroom and /or online, student awareness of course objectives, approach and evaluation techniques.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Professional able to use computer-assisted educational resources.
- Taking theory and practical classes as per the courses and making weekly reports.
- Encouraging students to actively participate throughout the class, field activity and on job training/apprenticeships.
- Monitor students’ performance during field project, awareness programmes, and On Job Training at Industry.
- Establishing/designing labs / workshops and conducting lab sessions in consultation with prestigious Industry / Knowledge Partners, R&D centers.
- Participating in developmental role like brand promotion, resource mobilization, conducting seminars/ workshops, sports, extracurricular activities, assessing Library requirements_, _and organizing foundation course
- planning, and other outreach activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching / research / industry after Masters
- Combination of Academia and Industry Experience is preferable.
- Hands on Practice and Application Skills on recent Industry trends and technology is a must.

**Skills: -**
- Good communication in English
- Knowledge of local language of Sikkim is preferable
- Presentation skills and Good interpersonal skills.

**Location**:Singtam, Bermiok

**Experience: - **3 - 8 years

**Salary: - **6,00,000 per year.

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
