**JOB PURPOSE**
- Teaching & training Undergraduate (MBBS) & Post Graduate Medical students including Interns to develop their knowledge and skills.
- Optimizing patient satisfaction level through continual improvement

**CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

1. Academic:

- Delivers and conducts Under-graduate student lectures/classes.
- Conducts Under-Graduate Clinical classes.

2. Clinical:

- Attends to the OPD patients during his slot of OPD timings.
- Sees the inpatients admitted under his unit and also other inpatient referrals.
- Attends to the emergency patients during on-call days.
- Attends Operation Theatre schedules, to operate and oversee the Post-Graduates.
- Covers up the duties of the other Assistant-Professors when they are on leave.

3. Others:

- Submits articles to the media on a regular basis.
- Any other job assigned by the HOD

**ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA**

Qualification
- As per NMC Guidelines
- At least 1 year as Senior Resident in a permitted/recognized medical college/institution.

A request for reimbursement will include the following components:
1. Actual travel expenses incurred by the individual, as well as those of their spouse and up to two dependent children under the age of 18, provided they were part of the initial appointment.

2. Reimbursement for transportation expenses, covering costs such as luggage, freight, and related expenditures, is capped at either one month's basic pay or 60% of the consolidated salary for employees with fixed salaries.

4. In the event that the appointee resigns within 12 months of their appointment, they are obligated to repay the entire amount previously reimbursed for travel and transportation expenses related to joining duty.

5. The reimbursement claim should include a signed undertaking by the claimant, acknowledging and agreeing to the aforementioned conditions.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
