**Job Title**:BIM Architect - Interior Design Projects

**Location**:Chennai, India.

**Experience**:Minimum 3 years.

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect with experience in delivering prestigious projects across Dubai and the Gulf. The role involves creating BIM models, preparing construction documentation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Work on high-profile projects including Sobha Villas, Siniya Villas & Apartments, Project REDSEA, and NACIN Project.

Develop BIM models and detailed drawings for submission to DDA and Dubai Municipality.

Prepare Issued for Construction (IFC) documents and shop drawings.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to address design changes.

Use Revit, AutoCAD and 3ds Max for modeling, visualization, and deliverables.

Maintain organized drawing repositories for efficient project management.

**Skills & Competencies**:
Proficiency in BIM tools, AutoCAD, 3ds Max.

Knowledge of architectural & structural coordination.

Experience with IFC documentation and authority submissions.

Strong attention to detail and adaptability.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
