We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team and bring fresh ideas and expert knowledge to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Concept Development & Space Planning
- Work closely with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop creative and practical design concepts and layouts for residential or commercial spaces.
- Utilize space planning techniques to maximize utility and aesthetics.

2. Design Visualization & Presentations
- Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material samples to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback for revision as necessary.
- Create presentations that include CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards.

3. Material & Product Selection
- Source and select furnishings, finishes, materials, and color schemes that align with the design vision and client preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Ensure all materials meet the required standards for safety and durability.

4. Project Management
- Develop project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress and costs to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the plan and make adjustments as necessary.

5. Client Communication & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Manage changes in project scope and resolve issues that arise during construction or installation.
- Finalize projects to ensure client satisfaction, handling post-project follow-ups as required.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in interior design (residential, commercial, hospitality).
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

- Strong eye for detail and ability to balance creativity with practical solutions.
- Passionate about design trends, sustainable practices, and client satisfaction.
- Adaptable to changes, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
