**Job Title : Infection Control Nurse**
- Design, implement, and evaluate infection control policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs and challenges of the hospital environment.
- Conduct comprehensive surveillance of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) across all departments and units within the hospital, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with clinical teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to promote adherence to infection prevention and control practices, such as proper hand hygiene, isolation precautions, and environmental cleaning.
- Provide ongoing education and training to hospital staff on infection control principles, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to standard precautions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and guidelines related to infection control, maintaining documentation and records as necessary.
- Outbreak Investigation
- Policy Development
- Oversee environmental monitoring and assessment processes to ensure the cleanliness and safety of hospital facilities, including air quality, water quality, and sanitation practices.

**Qualification**: B.Sc.(Nursing)

Certification in infection control (CIC) preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe

**Experience**: 2 -5 Years
