**Job Summary**:
We are a leading garment manufacturer selling our products on major Indian e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Meesho. We are looking for a skilled Financial MIS Executive/Expert to handle financial analysis, payment reconciliation, profit and loss analysis, and inventory tracking with a strong focus on root cause analysis and resolution of financial queries.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Analysis & Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track revenue and expenses.
- Generate MIS reports with actionable insights for senior management.
- Ensure accurate tracking of platform-wise and product-wise financial performance.

**2. Payment Reconciliation**:

- Complete ownership of reconciliation processes, from identifying discrepancies to final resolution.
- Reconcile payments received from Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Meesho with internal records.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for financial discrepancies, including missing payments, overcharges, and incorrect deductions.
- Work closely with marketplace finance teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain a detailed reconciliation tracker for all marketplaces.

**3. Profit & Loss Analysis**:

- Calculate net profit margins by deducting platform commissions, shipping charges, advertising costs, and operational expenses.
- Monitor product-wise and category-wise profitability to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
- Track all marketplace fees, chargebacks, and penalties to reduce financial losses.

**4. Inventory Tracking & Cost Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock movement records and reconcile inventory between warehouses and online listings.
- Analyze aging inventory reports and suggest strategies for stock liquidation.
- Identify high-selling and slow-moving products to improve inventory turnover.

**5. E-commerce Financial Compliance & Auditing**:

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, and other tax filings related to e-commerce transactions.
- Provide data for audits and financial reviews related to marketplace transactions.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies and financial compliance requirements.

**6. Query Resolution & Process Improvement**:

- Take complete responsibility for all reconciliation-related financial queries—from root cause analysis to closure.
- Work proactively with internal teams (finance, accounts, operations) and external marketplace teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve the reconciliation and reporting process to enhance efficiency.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis, Power Query, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and data interpretation
- Experience in payment reconciliation and query resolution
- Deep understanding of e-commerce financial operations, settlements, and marketplace deductions
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and taxation applicable to e-commerce transactions

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, or CA Inter preferred)
- Experience: 1-5 years in financial MIS, e-commerce reconciliation, or accounting, preferably with e-commerce businesses.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
