Peb Designer

**Design Development**:

- Create structural designs for PEB projects, including roof, columns, trusses, and frames, using relevant design software.
- Optimize designs for material efficiency, structural integrity, and compliance with codes and standards.
- **Drafting and Detailing**:

- Prepare detailed 2D/3D structural drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate and aligned with project specifications.
- **Structural Analysis**:

- Perform structural analysis to evaluate the load-bearing capacity, wind resistance, and seismic performance.
- Use software like STAAD.Pro, Tekla, or SAP2000 for advanced calculations.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and engineers to align designs with architectural and project goals.
- Provide technical guidance to the fabrication and erection teams.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure designs comply with local and international building codes (IS 800, MBMA, AISC, etc.).
- Maintain quality standards throughout the design process.
- **Project Management**:

- Review and approve drawings, ensuring they are ready for production.
- Address client feedback and make necessary revisions.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain records of designs, drawings, and revisions.
- Prepare reports and documentation for client approval and internal reviews.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
