We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team in the role of NDR Calling. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, the NDR Calling profile focuses on resolving non-delivery issues to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities:

Investigate and analyze non-delivery reports to identify the root cause and factors contributing to non-delivery.

Initiate outbound calls to customers to gather additional information and provide updates on the status of non-delivered items.

Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and customer service, to address and resolve non-delivery issues promptly.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of NDR cases, including customer interactions, resolutions, and any preventive measures implemented.

Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns, answering queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the resolution process.

Generate regular reports on NDR cases, trends, and key performance indicators for management review.

**Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to NDR issue resolution.

Must be good in maintain accurate records and documentation.

Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and procedures in a dynamic operational environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
