The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical guidelines and standards. They perform assessments, administer treatments, maintain records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report abnormalities promptly.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatments, and progress.
- Document any changes in patient conditions and communicate effectively with the medical team.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and other nurses to deliver comprehensive care.
- Assist in patient education regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow hospital policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control practices at all times.
- **Equipment and Supplies**:

- Operate and maintain medical equipment safely.
- Ensure proper inventory management for medicines, medical tools, and supplies.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Provide immediate nursing care during medical emergencies.
- Assist in stabilizing patients and preparing them for further treatment.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in training programs, workshops, and continuing education to stay updated on nursing practices.
- Mentor and guide junior staff as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing or GNM).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
