**JOB DESCRIPTION: SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE (MID-LEVEL)**

**WHAT DO WE SEEK**
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Executive with a proven history of creative thinking and outstanding proficiency in Social Media Management & Strategies.

Role and Responsibilities As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, developing effective strategies, and driving engagement for our organization. As a Social Media Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology trends and contribute to the growth of our startup divisions.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing social media platforms of the organization
- Developing social media strategies that can keep the audience engaged
- Generating content & scheduling social media posts. Engaging followers with regular company updates.
- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
- Responding to the comments on social media on time.
- Analyzing social media trends.
- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
- Optimizing social media content effectively.
- Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members.
- Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
- Handling SEO, ORM.
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Collaborating with Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics.
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
- Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
- Flexible and engaging writing style.

- Experience working remotely and with virtual teams
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proofreading and Editing Skills
- Interpersonal Skills

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
- Flexible full-time work schedule
- Fully remote position
- Usage of timedoctor (time and task tracking software) is mandatory for all remote team members; please ensure you're comfortable with this before applying

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
