**Job Title**: IT Sales Executive
**Location**: Onsite, Vibhuti Khand ,Lucknow
**Working Days/Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Probation Period**: 3 Months

**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)

**Incentives**: Performance-based incentives on achieving monthly sales targets

**Job Role Overview**:
A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. They act as a key point of contact between the organization and customers, presenting products or services and negotiating contracts to close deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Generation**
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.

**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

**3. Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements or new products based on market trends and customer demand.

**4. Sales Reporting**
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and negotiations in CRM tools.

**5. Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align sales strategies.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep up with the latest developments.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Basic knowledge of digital services like websites, SEO, social media marketing is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.
