We are looking for a Telle Caller/ Customer support executive who can manage all the below mentioned tasks:
1. Calling customers on daily basis for order confirmation.
2. Resolve customer complaints via Call and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Making sure that customer's Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately.
4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
5. Handling and managing customer queries on WhatsApp, Social media and on other platforms.
6. Take the extra mile to engage customers
**Requirements**:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Care profile
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Customer-oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Flexible shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer support: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
