Job Title: Field Executive - Bsc Agriculture

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with a B.Sc. in Agriculture to join our team as a Field Executive for B2B Agriculture. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and manage relationships with B2B customers in the agriculture industry in the Nashik region, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential B2B customers and develop strong relationships with them.
- Monitor customer needs and preferences, and provide appropriate solutions and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other industry events to build networks and promote our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and expenses.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales in the agriculture industry, preferably in the Nashik region.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel to different locations within the region.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
