**Position Title**: Social Media Executive

**Type**:Full-time

**Reports To**: Marketing Director

**About Realatte Ventures**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy
- Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Social Media Campaigns:Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry professionals, and influencers.
- Conduct competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Analyze social media insights to guide future campaigns and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the real estate industry or technology sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other media editing software.
- Certification in Google Analytics or related social media tools.

Pay: ₹10,217.11 - ₹40,000.00 per month
