**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 (Plus Handsome Incentives)
**Experience**: Prior Experience in Real Estate Sales Required
**Job Type**: Target-Based Role
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle sales of luxury villas and cottages in Himachal Pradesh to high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Conduct site visits for potential clients and present properties in an appealing manner.
- Build and maintain a strong client base, fostering long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare sales reports, projections, and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Prior experience in real estate sales, particularly in luxury properties, is required.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing would be an advantage).
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- **Location**: Based in Delhi, with occasional travel to Himachal Pradesh for site visits.
