**Job Title: Tours and Travels Assistant (Fresher)**

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Salary**: 14,000 - 20,000 INR per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and organizing travel itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to make reservations and bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with travel-related requests.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, attractions, and special promotions to offer personalized recommendations to clients.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of travel plans and client satisfaction.
- Assist with marketing activities such as social media updates, blog posts, and promotional campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
- Passion for the travel industry and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
