**JJob Title**: Freelance Creative Designer
**Location**: Remote / On-call basis at IEM Public School
**Reporting To**: Principal / HR Department
**Type**: Freelance / Project-Based

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented **Freelance Creative Designer** to work on a variety of design projects for **IEM Public School**, including digital and print materials. This role is ideal for someone who understands educational branding and can create visually appealing, child-friendly, and professional content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging creatives for school events, newsletters, social media, website banners, invitations, certificates, brochures, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with the school’s leadership, HR, and marketing teams to understand design needs and timelines.
- Maintain consistency with school branding guidelines.
- Edit and refine existing designs as required.
- Deliver design assets in appropriate formats and within agreed timelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a freelance graphic/creative designer (preferably with experience in the education sector).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
- Creative flair with attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
- Experience working with schools, NGOs, or children-centric brands is a plus.
