**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design**: Develop creative and visually appealing concepts for various projects, including but not limited to, print materials, digital assets, branding elements, social media graphics, and more.

**Visual Identity**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the brand identity and objectives, and translate them into cohesive and compelling visual designs.

**Graphic Production**: Create high-quality graphics and layouts by utilizing industry-standard design software while adhering to project specifications and deadlines.

**Image Editing**: Retouch and enhance images to maintain consistent visual aesthetics and improve overall design quality.

**Adaptation and Optimization**: Modify existing designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining design integrity and optimizing for various screen sizes.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with our creative team, marketing professionals to understand project requirements, provide design insights, and deliver outstanding design solutions.

**Trend Awareness**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software updates to continuously enhance your design skills and contribute fresh ideas.

**Requirements**:
**Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work, highlighting your versatility, design sensibility, and ability to adapt to different projects and styles.

**Expertise**: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

**Creativity**: A keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles, and the ability to think creatively to deliver unique design solutions.

**Communication**: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients, and to explain design concepts and decisions clearly.

**Time Management**: Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in design execution.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, client feedback, and design trends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
**Degree**: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience**: Previous freelance or agency experience in graphic design is a plus.

**Animation Skills**: Basic animation skills or knowledge of motion graphics is an advantage.
