**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Liaisoning Officer** to coordinate with various **government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies** for obtaining and renewing statutory approvals, licenses, and clearances required for plant operations. This role supports compliance and ensures smooth external communication affecting the plant’s legal and regulatory framework.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Liaisoning & Government Coordination**:

- Liaise with **factory inspector, pollution control board, labour department, fire department, industries commissioner, and local authorities**:

- Obtain new and renewal approvals for:

- **Factory License**:

- **Pollution Control Board NOC / Consent**:

- **Fire NOC**:

- **Labour Registration (PF, ESI, etc.)**:

- **Electricity Board / GIDC / Industrial Utilities**:

- **Environmental Clearances**

**Documentation & Submission**:

- Prepare and submit necessary documents, forms, and reports for statutory filings
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all government correspondences and approvals

**Compliance Support**:

- Assist the internal compliance/legal team in ensuring all **statutory obligations** are met
- Keep management informed about changes in rules, regulations, and government notifications impacting operations

**External Communication**:

- Represent the company professionally in **government meetings, inspections, audits**, and other official interactions
- Build and maintain healthy working relationships with key officers in regulatory departments
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Law/Public Administration/Commerce)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in **liaisoning for a manufacturing company**:

- Good understanding of **Factories Act, Environmental laws, Labour Laws, Industrial Policies**:

- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Local language proficiency and familiarity with state government offices is a must
- Must be willing to travel locally for external coordination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
