**Job Title: Ecommerce Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to leads and inquiries generated through online platforms such as IndiaMART, Trade India, Just Dial effectively engaging in conversations to understand their requirements and needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and their benefits, and articulate this knowledge to potential customers to drive sales.
- Utilize CRM systems and tools to track leads, manage communications, and record sales interactions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product teams based on customer insights and interactions to contribute to product/service enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from lead generation to post-sale support.
