At GlowRoad, we have the largest business community of more than 100,000+ active women who are mompreneurs, retail business owners and boutique owners who grow the sale for other small businesses and suppliers in their apartment complexes, residential colonies and towns - making GlowRoad the largest social-selling platform in the world. GlowRoad is established by seasoned entrepreneurs (ex IIT & IIMs) having two successful startup exits in the past. This is the third startup where the team members are working together. The last two companies were profitable and were acquired by public listed companies from India and the US. GlowRoad is an Accel portfolio company. Key job responsibilities "1. Calling end customer to check order genuinity, [ NDR/RVP] 2. Calling Sellers for Order Processing [ Seller Callings ] 3. Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies. 4. Agents will work on achieving a connectivity percentage ( > 65% ) 5. Target calls per agent per day are 300 calls." Language proficiency - Proficient in English & Hindi
