**Job Description - Commi I / II (Cafeteria)**

**Position**: Commi I / Commi II
**Location**: Pondicherry
**Department**: Cafeteria Operations
**Reporting To**: Head Chef / Cafeteria Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assist in cooking food items as per daily cafeteria menu (South Indian/North Indian/snacks etc.)
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and taste consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and service areas
- Handle basic kitchen equipment and ensure their proper use and maintenance
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method for stock usage
- Support food service during peak cafeteria hours
- Maintain temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and HACCP protocols as required
- Cooperate with team members and assist senior chefs as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
