As a Recruiter cum Trainer, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our IT hardware and networking divisions. Additionally, you will design and deliver training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of our employees, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of the industry.

**Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.

**Training & Development**:

- Conduct IT skills gap analyses to identify training needs among employees.
- Design and develop training materials, including manuals and presentations, using clear and simple language.
- Deliver engaging training sessions on IT hardware, networking concepts, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Utilize modern educational techniques, such as gamification and e-learning platforms, to enhance learning experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Maintain updated records of training curricula and materials.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training content.

Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT hardware and networking industry.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking protocols, and cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
