**Reports To**:Operation Head

**Job Summary**:
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the daily operational activities of city bus services during assigned shifts. This includes ensuring timely dispatch, route adherence, driver coordination, incident handling and maintaining service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily bus operation, including driver deployment, shift operation and route adherence.
- Ensure all buses depart and return as per schedule, maintaining punctuality and route adherence.
- Act as the first point of contact for drivers during the shift for operational support and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for vehicle and report any operational defects.
- Conduct spot checks and field inspections to ensure driver discipline and service quality.
- Prepare and submit daily shift reports to operation manager.
- Support in training new drivers on operational procedures and route knowledge

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 3-5 year experience in public transport or fleet operations in supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of city route, traffic regulations and transit operations.
- Proficiency in using transport management system and GPS based monitoring.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekend and holidays.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
