**Job Title: Logistics Operations Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Logistics Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the logistics process, including vehicle loading and unloading, vehicle tracking, transport coordination, stack checking, delivery management, and coordination with suppliers. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods throughout the supply chain while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Loading and Unloading**:

- Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods onto vehicles, ensuring that all items are properly secured and handled with care.
- Supervise loading and unloading operations to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
- **Vehicle Tracking**:

- Utilize tracking systems to monitor the movement of vehicles in real-time.
- Identify and address any issues or delays that may arise during transit, ensuring timely delivery.
- **Transport Coordination**:

- Coordinate with drivers, transport companies, and other stakeholders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved to ensure smooth coordination and execution of logistics operations.
- **Stack Checking**:

- Conduct regular checks of stacked goods to ensure proper stacking procedures are followed.
- Identify and rectify any discrepancies or safety concerns regarding stacked inventory.
- **Delivery Management**:

- Oversee the delivery process, from route planning to final delivery.
- Address any delivery-related issues, such as incorrect addresses or damaged goods, in a timely manner.
- **Coordination with Suppliers**:

- Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate the timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tracking systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics operations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
