**Key Responsibility Areas**:
*Job Role specific to Transportation & Logistics*

Be a part of one of Kolkata’s fastest growing Logistics and Transportation Company. Work with a team of 10+ operations executives to manage and track fleet operations. Should be willing to work late hours or at night to coordinate with Field team and drivers. Should be able to clearly write and format E-Mails and Excel reports.

**Data Entry & Document Review**:

- Entry of Masters (Customer Data), Job Order Creation and Updation, Placement of Vehicle and Monitoring of Transit Data into ERP/ Software.
- Creation and Updation of E-Way Bill on Portal
- Data Entry of Documentation (Challans, Bills, Receipts etc.) into Software/ ERP.
- Cross Checking of Bills and Challans before entry.
- Update Slot Register for Placement
- Passing of Entry below threshold set (Fuel Bill based on Route)

**Fleet Movement Monitoring**:

- Coordinate with Field Team and Drivers to get update on Loading, Transit, Delay etc.
- Check GPS location of Vehicle and post entry on Software.
- Track vehicle movement through call, WhatsApp and GPS
- Daily End of Day reporting of Fleet.

**DSR**:

- Coordinate with team and create and share Daily Status Report
- Follow up on DSR with team, identify delay and report to team head.

**Key Skills (required)**:

- Working knowledge in MS Excel
- Fluent in Verbal and written communication both English and Hindi.
- Growth oriented mindset with willingness to learn on the job.

**Key Education**:

- Graduation (required)
- Certificate Course in Computers preferable.

**Work Experience (required)**:

- 2-4 years with experience in Operations Executive Role in Logistics Industry (Must have experience with Land Transportation & Freight Forwarding based Company)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
