**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**
- Automation Architect conducts high level/ detailed RPA assessments either for new or existing Automation Opportunities. Also, evangelizes the Robotic Process Automation concepts with various Deals.

**Responsibilities**
- Solution back-office process automation leveraging industry tools and technology.
- Support building automation capability and mentor development team and architects.
- Evaluate and Prototype internal or external products and provide recommendations to address business requirements.
- Support in Pre-Sales efforts providing technical expertise on standard offerings and client requirements.
- Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.
- Assist with the design, build, rollout and run support for technology solutions.
- Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs.
- Architect on Robotic Process Automation.
- Evaluate RPA tools and provide recommendations.
- Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and provide solution.
- Support in Pre-sale activities and provide technical solution to automate client requirements.
- Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.
- Assist development team in resolving technical problems.
- Assist Support teams with technical expertise to resolve issues.
- Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews and walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to understand their requirements and identify automation opportunities. Conduct detailed process analysis and document the requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements. Document the as-is and to-be process flows, identifying automation triggers and exceptions.
- Work with RPA developers to guide and oversee the development of automation workflows and scripts. Ensure the quality of the automation solution and adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the RPA development team. Support them in resolving technical issues and providing expertise in RPA tooling and frameworks.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the implemented RPA solution. Conduct system and user acceptance testing, and assist in resolving any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor the progress of RPA implementation projects to ensure timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Create comprehensive documentation including technical design specifications, process documentation, and user manuals. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users, stakeholders, and RPA development teams.
- Technical documentation and approval to be closed within the Design timelines and with mínimal observations from Customer
- Participating in technical assessments
- Perform code reviews before UAT phase and ensure zero to mínimal defects highlighted by Customer in UAT and Hypercare phases.
- Accountable for completion of UAT along with Business approval as per the Project plan with zero deviation from Project timelines.
- Accountable for completion of Hypercare along with Business approval as per the Project plan with zero deviation from Project timelines.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of RPA solutions and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement. Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies.

**Critical Skills Required**:

- Over 10 years of IT experience, minimum 3 years’ experience in leading architecture and design
- Certified and experienced on Automation Anywhere RPA Tool. Experience in Blue Prism, and UI path will be an added advantage
- Architecting enterprise level automation involving multiple systems, sub-systems and ERPs
- Experience front ending client facing discussions
- Proficient in scripting language (JS/ VBS/ JavaScript)
- Rich experience with programming (preferable in Java /.NET (C#, VB, etc.)/ VBA / HTML/ SQL)
- Good knowledge on SOA, two-tier, three tier Architecture deployment
- Hands-on experience in designing high level technical solutions
- Has experience in providing technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement, from definition phase through to implementation.
- Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle or other industry standard ERP is preferred.
