**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement robust architecture solutions for various GIS platforms including AUD Opensource GIS G/Technology GE Smallworld and ESRI GIS.
- Oversee the integration of multi-channel systems to ensure seamless operations and data flow.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing and future projects.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and capabilities.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of GIS systems to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of architectural components within project timelines.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior architects and developers to build a strong technical team.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Implement security measures to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in GIS technologies and architecture.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in AUD Architecture Opensource GIS Architecture G/Technology Architecture GE Smallworld GIS Architecture and ESRI GIS Architecture.
- Demonstrate expertise in multi-channel domain skills to ensure effective system integration.
- Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 11 years of relevant experience in architecture roles.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining architectural documentation.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies.
- Show a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in GIS technologies.
- Possess the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
- Exhibit strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of architectural components.
- Demonstrate expertise in implementing security measures to protect data integrity.

**Certifications Required**

Certified GIS Professional (GISP) ESRI Technical Certification GE Smallworld Certification Open Source GIS Certification.
