Sales and Customer Service:
Greet customers and assist them in finding the products that meet their needs.

Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

2. Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with product features, specifications, and pricing.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Keep informed about current promotions, sales, and company policies.

3. Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

Arrange and replenish product displays according to company standards.

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or issues to the manager.

Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.

4. Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Track personal sales performance and strive for continuous improvement.

Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.

5. Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

Support and assist colleagues in peak times and during special promotions.

Share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,198.95 per month
