Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management:

- Oversee and manage construction activities on site.
- Ensure all construction work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Technical Supervision:

- Conduct site surveys and assess project feasibility.
- Interpret and review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure technical designs and drawings are adhered to on site.
- Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and rectify any issues or defects in construction work.
- Ensure all work meets industry and project-specific quality standards.
- Coordination and Communication:

- Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Coordinate and manage the activities of site workers and subcontractors.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Health and Safety:

- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations.
- Identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
- Resource Management:

- Plan and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure the timely delivery and proper utilization of materials and equipment.
- Manage site logistics and maintain inventory records.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress, and any incidents.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, including any delays or issues.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.
- Problem Solving:

- Address and resolve any technical or operational issues on site.
- Propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and construction challenges.

Experienc:

- Proven experience as a civil site engineer or similar role in construction projects.
- Experience in managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,332.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
