Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- **Market Research**: Identifying potential clients and understanding market trends.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Assisting with maintaining and updating customer databases and interacting with clients.
- **Sales Support**: Assisting with sales presentations, attending sales meetings, and providing administrative support to the sales team.
- **Data Analysis**: Helping analyze sales data and identify opportunities.
- **Learning and Development**: Shadowing experienced sales professionals and participating in sales training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interactions and collaboration.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Building rapport and developing relationships with potential clients is crucial in sales.
- **Organizational Skills**:Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively is important.
- **Basic Knowledge of Sales and Marketing**:A foundational understanding of sales and marketing principles is beneficial.
- **CRM Software Familiarity**:Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software can be advantageous.
- **Educational Background**:A degree or coursework in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- **Adaptability and Proactive Attitude**:A willingness to learn and take on new challenges is a valuable asset

Pay: ₹8,331.61 - ₹20,218.70 per month
