**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Elements by Nath furnishers in New Delhi. The inowrd outword management will oversee all aspects of the store operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, and analyzing sales performance.

**Responsibility**:

- Previous experience in Furniture company or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis
- Ensure proper checking is done after receiving material, Quality check of goods received.
- Responsible for planning the inward materials.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Monitoring stock levels, recording deliveries and shipments, and ensuring items are delivered on time
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Using data analysis and forecasting to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Employing techniques such as just-in-time inventory, reorder points, safety stock, and first-in, first-out
- Segregate stock according store, then stacking the material
- Stock in and out entry knowledge.
