**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Purchasing & Procurement**:

- Research and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain records of goods received and issued.
- **Inwards & Outwards Coordination**:

- Manage and document material inwards and outwards.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods.
- **Vendor & Team Collaboration**:

- Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal departments for material requirements.
- Provide regular updates on stock levels to stakeholders.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Zoho software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain management.
