**About the role**:

- Design and deliver innovative, creative solutions
- Track progress to ensure achievement of all milestones and deliverables while managing risks and issues
- Provide updates to management and all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings

**Your Responsibilities**
- Follow the priorities set by Product Manager/Product Owner
- Work closely with Product Team members and Customers to collaboratively define requirements driving a complete understanding of the changes
- Investigate issues with higher level configurations such as group, policy or forms.
- Learn BSC Concur configuration and recommend changes to streamline or improve our configuration.
- Collaborate with Concur vendor to identify new structural solutions (e.g. S4/HANA upgrade and acquisitions).
- Become technical lead for Concur support team. Manage updates and interactions with internal infrastructure teams (e.g. EAI, IAM/SSO team).
- Own GSM documentation updates to maintain Concur’s validated status.
- Own audit reporting to SOX team to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with Vendors holding them accountable for their work
- Support the daily production support activities
- Review Technical changes for cross functional impacts
- Be aware of and comply with BSC policies
- If required, help build the training material and help with user training

**What we're looking for**:
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2 years of overall experience
- A background in any software development
- Background in Concur is must have
- Experience in additional tools related to Travel and Expense is a plus
- Test development and execution
- Experience partnering with IT, Vendor and/or Business Customers on projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members across the globe
- Self-starter with strong, team player, proactive work ethic and fast learner
- Proven ability to navigate organizational network to get to the right person
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- Being imaginative & having high creative quotient
- Creative thinker to look for continued ways to utilize and optimize capabilities of the system.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in Product Teams and SCRUM methodologies
- Experience working on large scale projects
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel etc.
