- Job knowledge & experience of civil work of heavy industrial construction preferably cement plant.
- Having exposure of estimating & costing for civil works.
- Effective utilization of available resources to meet the targets.
- Working knowledge of layout/drawings, able to prepare BOQ. Estimation, costing and checking of measurements and bill reconciliation, etc.
- Working experience of industrial project execution like structures, buildings, roads, etc. and having art of getting the job done from contractors.
- Project planning and monitoring.
- Follow the UTCL Design safety standard for project engineering/execution.
- Construction /execution of plant and non-plant structure, roads, drain etc.
- Implementation of UTCL standard and maintaining safety culture at site.
- Construction and execution of Civil work with quality and safety.
- Estimation and timely bill checking of contractors.
- Co-ordination with Contractor, consultant and other departments

**Qualifications**:
Diploma In Civil Engineering,Bachelor of Technical Edu.

**Minimum Experience Level**:
4-8 Years
