**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Sales Intern** to join our team and support business growth initiatives. The intern will assist in lead generation, client outreach, and coordination with potential customers to drive enrollments and revenue. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end sales processes and an opportunity to learn about business development strategies in a fast-growing organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients or leads through online and offline channels.
- Support the sales team in maintaining client databases and updating CRM systems.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or counseling sessions for senior sales representatives.
- Assist in follow-ups with leads to ensure timely conversions.
- Participate in team discussions to develop new sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach and conversion activities.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or recently completed) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in sales and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
