## Key Responsibilities: - Providing IT support and administration of all corporate laptops, cloud applications and enterprise systems. - Installing new/rebuild existing servers (AWS Cloud) and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. - Performs server administration including security, file and directory permissions, additions/changes/deletions of user accounts. - Test, implement and configures new applications software, software upgrades, and operating system software. - Investigating and resolving both basic and complex IT support issues in a simple, straightforward way. - Creating How-To documentation and training to help guide Team Members with our technology and applications. - Documenting internal IT processes for reference and compliance purposes. - Perform routine maintenance of IT and Security and working on the security of laptops and cloud applications. ## Required Qualifications: - Proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Microsoft Admin Centre and Teams management. - Strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM) and infrastructure management. - Experience with Linux/Ubuntu systems and hosting environments such as cPanel and Hostinger. - Hands-on experience with web server management (Apache and Nginx). - Familiarity with business tools like Zoho, Jira, and HRMS. - Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, and servers. - Knowledge of IT asset and inventory management. - Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. - Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
