**Sales Support**:Assist sales representatives in preparing and submitting sales orders, quotations, and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Generate sales reports and performance metrics for the sales team and management.
Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.

**Customer Communication**:Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and product information.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to appropriate departments.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Interdepartmental Coordination**:Collaborate with various departments such as production, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability and accurate delivery timelines.
Liaise with the marketing team to provide necessary sales materials and support for promotional activities.

**Order Processing**:Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules to keep customers informed.
Handle any order changes, cancellations, or modifications as per established guidelines.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain up-to-date customer databases, sales records, and documentation.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
Assist in preparing presentations, sales materials, and marketing collateral.

**Administrative Support**:Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
Assist in organizing sales events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales support: 3 years (preferred)
