**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative design solutions, focusing on both the visual and interactive aspects of the product.
- Lead all visual design stages, from initial concept through to final hand-off to engineering for implementation.
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design and interaction ideas.
- Develop and enforce design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain consistency across the product.
- Design graphic elements such as infographics, banners, cover images, and other visuals for websites, social media, and blogs.

**Requirement**:

- Proven UI design experience of 3+ years with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and wireframing software.
- Excellent visual design skills with an acute sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve design challenges creatively and effectively while adhering to user-centered design principles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience with HTML conversion and strong understanding of front-end development.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance functionality with aesthetics.
