UI/UX Designer (with HTML Conversion Expertise)

**Description**:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on HTML conversion to join our team. In this role, you will not only design intuitive and engaging interfaces but also convert those designs into responsive, well-structured HTML/CSS code. You will collaborate closely with design and development teams to bring visual concepts to life, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.

- Experience: 2-3 Yrs- **Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with design and development teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate UI ideas.
- **Convert UI designs into responsive HTML/CSS** that are compatible across devices and browsers.
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of visual designs with attention to detail.
- Support frontend development by maintaining clean, modular, and reusable code.
- Conduct user research and implement feedback to improve design and usability.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and coding best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Help maintain and evolve the company’s design system and UI components.
- **Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Web Design, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and **HTML/CSS conversion**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and code samples.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid knowledge of **HTML5, CSS3**, and responsive design principles.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript or frameworks like Bootstrap is a plus.
- Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
