Inward Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Receive all incoming materials, goods, and consumables.
- Verify received materials with Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan.
- Check quantity, specifications, and condition of materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) for inward entries.
- Update inward register / ERP system with accurate details.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately to Store Incharge / Purchase department.
- Label and transfer materials to proper storage locations.
- Maintain proper documentation for all inward transactions.
- Support audit and stock verification related to inward items.
- **Skills Required**:
- Knowledge of inward material handling process.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / ERP).
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- **Education**:PUC / Diploma / Graduate.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years (Freshers can be considered).
**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
