Data management excellence
- Lead weekly & monthly business reporting & analytics for women’s wear
- Create & own weekly and monthly business reporting dashboards - ST Thru management, inward plans, gap analysis, etc
- Sharp analytical & comprehensive skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic/ever evolving business requirements.
- Contribute to some aspects of Product Development activities.
- Maintain and own year on year data for the category.
- Quick decision-making capabilities.
- Lead, own and drive all operational activities critical to business development.
- Contribute to the execution of the annual brand plan.
- Create and maintain line plans/matrix and communicate plan to stakeholders
- Assist with targeted consumer research via market shopping and trade/fashion publications to contribute to line development and pricing strategy
- Create and maintain internal seasonal sample lines
- Act as a conduit of information, materials and samples to external agencies
- Maintain seasonal product integrity in our system
- Strong communication skills - includes presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
- Present product lines at internal meetings

Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4-8 years work experience
- Combination of 4 years of education and/or experience in merchandising

Critical Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong excel and presentation skills
- Strong detail orientation and thoroughness
- High degree of flexibility and initiative with limited direction

Work Expectation:

- Primarily works in an office environment
- Extensive computer use (min of 6 hours a day)
