Hiring Senior US Recruiters / Jr Recruiters to join us in Coimbatore.

Multiple openings: 5 Senior US Recruiters and Jr recruiters needed to work for our Globally successful Pharma and Non IT clients.

Who can apply?
- Recruiters with 2-4 years of experience.
- Experienced in Non-IT Recruitment (If you are not but you think you are an all-rounder and want to learn something new, this is the right place)
- Non IT Recruitment experience preferred.
- A passion for building and motivating world-class,

high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Not a complainer but a challenger.
- Best incentive structure in the US Recruitment industry.

Our Hiring Process:

- You find or get sent this job ad.
- You read the ad.
- You tell us you are interested.
- You will have two levels of interviews.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,706.53 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Coimbatore - 641009, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
