**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top-tier IT talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to facilitate successful placements.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with a solid track record of successfully placing IT professionals.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
