**Job Position: Admission Counselor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective leads and existing inquiries
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Counsel and guide prospective students/customers towards suitable products/services
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely enrollment closures
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support accordingly
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign support
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
